India, being a nation with a huge number of religions, has made personal laws for each religion but this has caused a lot of biasness and has even resulted in discrimination. India now needs a Uniform Civil Code which should be followed throughout the territory of India so that every person will follow the same set of rules and laws and there will no differences on the basis of marriage, adoption, divorce, etc. this will solve a lot of problems and will even eradicate the difference which are caused by the different personal laws.
