This research article contains details about Incest and LGBTQ+ community. It firstly introduces LGBTQ an then tells about the current situation they are in, the problems they face how they are perceived in the society. Then we look at all the rights and legislations that apply to them. How their rights have been continuously ignored and violated, and laws that exists in some countries that protect those. Next we look at Incest which has been mostly accepted as a crime across the Globe with some exceptions. And how some nations have developed Incest laws and what were their situations and time that they allowed incest to be legal. Then we look at the Statistics that this crime posses which is not really significant in number in legal world but is very much committed behind closed doors.
