In the 21st Century, everyone deserves to live with dignity irrespective of their freedom of religion, caste or gender. International and national apparatus protects the rights that are stated for transgender of the country. Studies have stated the fact that transgender do not get any stake in the policies and the schemes that are generated by the government of the country. These people have been facing the struggle not just in present but from the very past and through the socio economic culture of the country. Inspite of the Indian constitution aiming equality for all at all levels, these people were always discriminated from the acceptance in the society in any form. Abuse, Assault, Sexual Harassment and other Harassments are very common crimes that happen with these people are left treated still.  This study outlines the rights and the laws that have been reformed for these people in India and are in enforcement. The Transgender Bill that was passed by the Government provided a little relief in the lives of transgender after so many struggles till date. Even Gay, Lesbians were given place in the Indian society but Transgender were accepted last by the Indian society. Rights that are reserved for every individual need to include transgender in the same to enforce the concept of equality mentioned for all.
