The following is a brief analysis of the case "Pankaj Butalia v. Central Board of Film Certification & Ors.”  The case has been decided through appeal to the Delhi High Court. The judgment dwells upon the freedom of speech and expression through the medium of a documentary (visual representations) and thereby its censorship on accounts of sedition and threat to the sovereignty of the country.
